Your digital footprint is the trail of information you leave online: posts, photos, comments, likes and searches. Much of it is permanent. Even a post you delete may have been saved or shared by someone else. Before you post, ask yourself whether you'd be comfortable if a teacher, a grandparent or a future employer saw it. Keep your full address, phone number and school name off public profiles, and check your privacy settings every few months.

Tip: Rest Your Hands
Between paragraphs, let your hands rest lightly on the home row. Tension builds up on long passages.
